Where it started 

Growing up surrounded by the English countryside, my childhood was shaped by the quiet presence of nature. The green landscapes and the damp earth instilled a tranquility in my early years. This connection only deepened when exploring my love of plants with close relatives. Helping them in their plant business since a child, my hands learned the texture of the soil and the dedication required to nurture life. It was a great love, and one I wanted to pull as close to me as possible. Since then, I began to feel the pull of the outdoors.

What began with house plants slowly taking over my room, I started transforming it into a personal sanctuary. I spent my time dreaming of one day owning a vast, sprawling variety of rare plants. It was the vibrant colors and the intricate, living artwork of the leaves that captured my attention. I became endlessly fascinated by the uniqueness of each species—the unpredictable mutations, the specific traits, and the strange little quirks that make every single leaf a singular piece of art. Soon, a single shelf was entirely designated to housing these delicate exotics. 

My curiosity naturally shifted toward propagation. I wanted to understand and nurture the very beginnings of this life. Using cheap plastic boxes, I built my first propagation unit. It was here I first began dividing and selling pieces of my growing collection. By June 2025, Planted by Sol was officially born alongside the purchase of my first grow tent. It was the moment my private sanctuary became a shared endeavor.

Today, fueled by the growing interest of others who appreciate the same beauty, that single shelf has expanded into an upgraded growing space designed specifically to nurture rare and exotic plants. My promise to you is not just about delivering a product; it is about sharing the tranquility and living art that has shaped my own life. Every plant from Planted by Sol is a piece of my collection, cultivated with patience and care, ready to bring life and peace to your space.
